I got nothing against Jim Harbaugh, but I'm not the only person hoping that this whole thing at Michigan goes nuclear and he gets fired, right? For our sake? (alien.top)

It's somewhat of a "fool me once" thing.

When it happens twice, maybe it means Harbaugh's not properly vetting candidates, maybe he's not paying enough attention to what's happening beneath him.

Maybe it's just a fluke and has no reflection on his leadership, but who's to say for sure.

If the Bears had some kind of preexisting culure or system to protect against these kind of issues I'd say let's take the chance and hope it was just a fluke, but they clearly don't
