Maybe it was a blessing in disguise for me

Been a Android user for 13 years, 7 years on Samsung Galaxy and 6 years on Google Pixel.

The Pixel 7 Pro suck so hard that it literally drove me mad.

So it was a push factor.

Samsung CS gave me attitude when my phone suddenly couldn't turn on. So I walked over to Apple and got an iPhone.
