Hand pain from iphone (alien.top)

I have a hand pain and weird sensation, tingling like electric shock or radiation from using iphone 14 even when not charging. Please dont tell me it's a medical issue I did all checkups and electric shock or pain comes even if I am not holding the phone .. only touching from top whe it's on a table. No issue with the iPad which is bigger in size and no issue with my other Samsung and iphone6.

Are u sure it's not static electricity? It's November so u may have gathered static charge from your sweaters or smt and then touched the metal body of your iPhone 14. Maybe your other two phones have a non-metal case/body?

No not statics from winter/cloths. It's been like this since I bought the phone in March. Also switch to different case.non metal. When I go to Apple it's more like they tell me it's not our problem nothing wrong with the phone.
