Anyway to change what auto plays when connecting to Bluetooth? (alien.top)

Just hooked my iPhone up to the Bluetooth in my vehicle. It always automatically uses Apple Music I believe, which I don’t use. So it automatically plays a U2 playlist that came installed on the phone. Is there anyway to make it automatically play Amazon Music? Thanks!

Can’t you just delete the Apple Music app if you don’t use it?
