Disney+ in the Philippines considers screen mirroring as screen recording?

You just need a pass through, real easy to get around.
I just use this.

Don't even need it hooked into a pc... just needs power.
The dock acts as the original screen.... so they think nothing funky is happening.
The hdmi out... option allows a "copy" of the video in... and voila.

I can video capture all my netflix or disney shows.

But I use mine for video game capture and/or just having my firestick on my pc.
You can prob's find a version of that on your local amazon.... it's just the first link that came up when i typed in the name of my card.

I bought it because of the passthough function..... PS3... is not friendly with capture cards because it's protected audio. lol but works great on there
