Weil ich ohnehin gerade vor der Frage stehe:

Was ist denn eine gute Alternative zu Outlook, die man auch geschäftlich nutzen kann, die CalDAV beherrscht und auf Win und Mac läuft?

Thunderbird gibt's für Windows, Mac und Linux. Addons für CalDAV und CardDAV gibt's dort auch.
