Yep! Teeter hangups was the brand with the old dude in the "I feel great!" Infomercials. Those things.

I remember visiting some gym with school couple times that had one of those but it was (at least for kid) hard to get back up so we'd let a friend hang there for a minute or 2 longer than they'd prefer lmao
