why do they even need a bill. insurance companies have requirements in coverage which these seem to be ignoring. they just have to crack down. its hard to tell though if they are acting as insurance companies or just a scam. does the irs recognize people in them as being insured?

To make it clear that there is not a religious exception for scams (in this specific csse).

yeah. I guess the article at times make it sound like health insurance but yeah it really sounded more like a straight up scam.

They are pretending to be health insurance, which is why they are a scam.
