Sam Howell is a below average qb and has him putting up above average stats. Also the KC offense has taken a nose dive replacing him with Nagy as OC. He has championship experience and is a brilliant offensive mind and also has ties with Poles from their KC days. He would turn Fields into a Mahomes lite MVP candidate.
Pace obviously has some history with him, so if they fire Flus and he doesn't get an interview that would say a lot about Bieniemy.
