Please help, does this icon mean that my attempt to ‘erase’ an old, lost phone was successful?

Secondary question, does the fact it has a partial charge and was captured 6 min ago mean it has indeed been charged/reactivated? I accidentally left an old iphone at my last apartment and I am so scared they are using it and have access to all my shit. I tried to mark it as lost but the setting wouldn’t work so I opted to erase it and now have this trash can bin. What does it mean? 🥲
To my knowledge, the next time the device powers up it will receive your request (thru the Find My network or WiFi etc.) to mark it as lost or erase it.
