SE 2 here. No battery issues whatsoever with any of the 10 updates.

Same… Updated to 10.1.1 overnight and last charged to 100% at 7:28 AM. It’s now 4:43PM and I’m at 93%. 7% for more than 9 hours of usage (AOD enabled as well) seems pretty damn good.
