Hello, as the title implies, my 14P stops charging due to high temp but the phone isn't even hot. It has already happened twice wherein the charging isn't resuming even if the temp is normal. I also didn't feel any heat on it during the entire duration of the charge as it is right next to me and I use my phone every 5-10 minutes or so. The first time it happened, It stopped at 90 something percent and won't resume. And after I restarted the phone unplugged, the battery jumped to 100% but it says something like "last charged to 90% 2 minutes ago while displaying 100 on top. My battery health is 99%.

It just shows when it stopped charging in the past and doesn’t reflect the current battery level.

That’s true. It stopped charging at 90% because of that “high temp” that didn’t exist. But after a restart it jumped to 100. So that should say last charged to 100, not 90. Even the battery percentage on top says 90 prior to restart and just changed to 100 after reboot. I think your statement is valid if I restarted the phone and the percentage is lower than 90.
