Is there anyway I can turn my 3G on? (alien.top)

Everytime I turn it on it just has the apple logo then it goes dim and turns off completely

I’m not sure where you live but in North America the majority of 3G towers are no longer operational.

But that still doesn’t explain why the phone doesn’t turn on completely and keeps fading out quickly or won’t hold a charge
