Blizzard has made a number of tweaks to the MMO to keep hardcore fair and fun.

I have a friend that hasn't played since MoP, and he's going to resub for Hardcore just to try and grief his favorite streamer lmfao. I'm guessing the streamer servers will have massive queues, wonder if Blizzard will be actively banning griefers.
