In my native country gigabit fiber internet is less than $9/mo. Broadband prices in the US are absolutely ridiculous.
Good God I pay 90 a month for 1 gig fiber. What county are you in?
I pay 40€ a month for 250 MBit in Germany :(
Just over that for 1Gbit in the Netherlands.
