Alarm clock not working (alien.top)

I upgraded my phone last night. Everything seemed to migrate over without issues. But I’m noticing when my clock alarms go off they don’t ring on my watch and I can’t dismiss them from my watch anymore. What do I need to do to fix this? Remove the watch from the phone and reinstall?

Go to Watch App on your iPhone > Clock > make sure Push Alerts from iPhone is toggled on.
