Terrible Siri Voice Recognition on AWU1 (alien.top)

I have a shortcut to quickly add body temperature measurements to the health app. The activation phrase for this is "Log my Body Temp".

On the Apple Watch, 9 out of 10 times, Siri does not transcribe this phrase correctly. It's always hearing something like "lock my body temp" or "lock my body tight" or "log my body" which makes absolutely no sense and makes this shortcut completely unusable.

On the other hand, my iPhone 13 understands me correctly 9 out of 10 times.

Does the Apple watch use some sort of default (not user-specific/calibrated ) voice recognition model? Is there anything that can be done to improve this? Is there a microphone issue? Or does everyone experience such problems?
