The military style looks like crap. There are more comfortable and stylish choices that are just as practical for the civilian life. I wouldn't want to be confused for a soldier ever in my life.

true but I do wear my dad's old vietnam-era fatigue pants. great pocket room, nice cinch on the waist, nice and durable material for outdoors activities, and relatively tasteful camo design.
