No guys.... That type of "self shaming" is destructive instead of funny...! Please don't do that to yourselves.
While I appreciate the sentiment, it's easier said than done. Depression caused by ADHD is a real thing and I'm sure that's why so many members here can relate to this image.
Yes, I'm currently struggling with that myself. I'm not saying it's not relatable, I'm just saying it's at least one step too far from funny, you know...?
Anyway... It's just my point of view.
