Wasn't watching, what happened? I swear I saw something about Milan planning on doing that for Donnarumma before the game but I didn't see anything about Newcastle.

Milan was just fans being salty. Dortmund was mostly protesting the new UCL format of more games therefore more money for UEFA

Indeed. They literally have a huge banner "You don't care about the sport

All you care about is money". BuLi fans can be rowdy but they are real ones.
