Why am I seeing 2-3 day old posts in my "new" feed? (lemmy.sdf.org)

I've been getting old posts for ~24h or more. Today, I see posts from the weekend when I refresh the feed. Is this an SDF issue or a Lemmy issue? Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this question.

Ok, that aside, I’m used to seeing new content here. What changed?

Are you sure you didn't have it set to "Hot", "New", or "Top Day" before?

I have always seen stale posts in the Active feed. I switched by default to "Hot" months ago so I'm not totally sure if Active has changed since then. Doesn't look like SDF has installed a new Lemmy update recently (still 0.18.5).

I don’t think anything changed on my end, as I was seeing only old content on three devices: Memmy for Lemmy app on iPhone and iPad plus web on a Mac. However, I just noticed some new content on my phone, so we’ll see. I’ll investigate further when I have time (work-time where I live).

Seeing old posts is familiar. It was the exclusion of new content that led me to inquire. Thanks for responding.
