Dr. Nasser Bulbul, Head of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, spoke to the UN about the extreme suffering of pregnant women and orphaned infants living in a state of fear and terror as the bombardment intensifies.

Mr. Guterres added that for nearly one month, civilians in Gaza, including children and women, have been besieged, denied aid, killed, and bombed out of their homes.
