I dunno' I think this is referencing those times where it feels like no time has passed. Not like you remember stuff happened, but that it literally feels like later.
What's in the picture are those moments when it feels like no time has passed at all and you still feel tired. Usually it's just a process of waking up, but sometimes it really does feel like your body was just like in a coma and not actually resting for the two extra hours of shuteye.
I'm sure it's largely about waking up during the wrong phase of sleep, but holy damn does it suck to feel like you've lost two hours of the morning for nothing.
