My teenage daughter with special needs recently got an iPhone. I have set parental controls to limit apps at 9 pm. However sometimes she is on the phone instead of homework in the afternoons. I can take the phone from her, but this can be a triggering event. Is there an app or setting that would allow me to lock/unlock the phone remotely or cut off access to the cell tower? With her WiFi TV, I use Gryphon to turn off the Internet, but with her iPhone she can use AT&T's mobile data.

In the screen time down time settngs, just make sure "block at downtime" at the bottom of the screen is on. The only thing you can't control with screen time, is if the child decides to use the phone as a hotspot.
