Hey ! I saw that if you have apple care plus and break the back of your iPhone it’ll cost you 29$ to replace it but I’m wondering to know if it includes the lens as well ? Let’s say the phone back is broken and the lens as well, is it still 29$ ? Thanks :)

The camera lenses are separate from the back glass, so repairing those would cost $99 for “Other accidental damage”.
