How distracting is the dynamic island on the IPhone 15 Plus? (alien.top)

Gonna be upgrading from SE 2020 tomorrow. Can’t decide between the 14 Plus or the 15 Plus, especially when it comes to the island vs the notch. I’m a heavy user when it comes to gaming and watching videos. I don’t use Face ID. Pros and cons between the two?

(I have ADHD so I get distracted easily enough already 🤣)

Same here with ADHD. It's not distracting at all for me. Barely using it or giving it attention at all.
