SE 2016 as a lite/dumbphone in 2023? (alien.top)

Hey all, I broke my phone a few months ago and have been using a cheap Android since then and it's bad. Being on a budget, is it a good idea to go for an OGSE which will mainly be used for light texting and listening to music? I don't use socials or play games much so there isn't really a point in me getting a flagship, can't afford to anyways, just wondering if the OGSE is decent in 2023? Should I splurge a bit more and go for a 2nd Gen instead? c:

As people said here, the OG iPhone SE is still decent. But if you don't care about the headphone jack, you'll like the newer SE too.
