Does it allow you to browse the shows if not subscribed? Can’t do that with Netflix, HBO and Disney+. But can for Amazon.

you can always use other services specifically for that like JustWatch

Yes in India Apple allows to browse and also let you watch trailer without subscribing. Same with Disney+ and Amazon.
