Deleting app does not delete the data (alien.top)

So I have discord installed on my iPhone (12, iOS 17.1). I deleted the app and reinstalled it from AppStore. I can see that I stay logged in Discord when I reinstall the app. How can that happen? Isn't iOS supposed to remove all the data?

Also, in the settings app, I can't see the "offload app" option anymore. What's wrong!? Anyone else facing this?

Wow... what an innovative idea! I sincerely would love to have the option to control at least that much.
