How many people actually use Ubuntu server? (alien.top)

Pretty much the title. I've seen plenty of people using proxmox and truenas but I don't really see many homelab users running Ubuntu server or something similar? Do many people actually use it to run docker or any containers on their machines? Just curious.

Most people are probably using Ubuntu server for their Linux VMs. As for me, I don’t need VMs. Everything I run is a container. I use Ubuntu Server with Docker on bare metal for everything. I don’t want to be locked into a NAS OS or a virtualization OS when I don’t need the advanced features of either.
