I won't debate that the longer you keep it, the more you get your money's worth, but a couple months ago, I did try to figure this out from a trade in perspective, so here you go...

A one year old Pro is worth $570 for trade in with Apple

A two year old Pro is worth $480 for trade in with Apple

A three year old Pro is worth $360 for trade in with Apple

With AT&T a one and two year old Pro (and 3 year old Max) trade in is worth $1000, and a 3 year old Pro trade in is worth $830
