It won't stop with pro-Palestine either, certainly not in the UK.
They changed the laws without precedent for Just Stop Oil last year as a test for both the legal basis and sentencing. Some of us pointed out it was a test for more at the time.
Now it's going to be anything even vaguely related to a proscribed organisation - and I mean really vaguely. The home secretary is stating that even displaying a Palestinian flag can be considered support for Hamas 'in certain circumstances'. Get ready for any political or geopolitical enemy to suddenly have an attached 'proscribed organisation'.
