I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

Apple silicon, which gives me unbeatable battery life, power and reliability. I'm already using a bunch of the apple eco system so it was easy to make it part of my routine. This is after years without a MBP...I went with Windows when my 2011 17" MBP's wifi card died.
