Apple watch always auto pauses workout (alien.top)

Hi, with the newest watchOS update, my watch will always auto-pause my workout when i stop for a minute or two, even though i have auto-pause workout off in the watch settings on my phone. super frustrating because i missed the whole extra hour on my workout after. Is there a new way to turn it completely off?

yes! mine has auto pausing off

but it still happens since the update
