Since the new update it’s been like this… I have no timer on, any of the alarms or the stop watch on. I did a hard restart and it’s still on the screen.. it’s kinda annoying, has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Those are the 30-min and 15-min timer complications, they’re one tap to start either one. Choose the regular timer complication if you don’t want them like that
