I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

Apple ecosystem it was. But my experience hasn’t been good. The machine started freezing frequently a week into being bought. At the repair guys since the last 2 weeks and they presume the problem is hardware. They are checking it with a new logic board on. Should I be writing to Apple? Is it of any help?
