I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

THE BATTERY LIFE, initially. However, after I integrated into the ecosystem, I found it to be far more enjoyable and less utilitarian than Windows. I can finally go to a coffee shop or a plane and do audio or video editing without carrying a power brick that weighs more than my current laptop and BBQing my lap at the same time.
