Why did you buy a MacBook? (alien.top)

I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

Genuinely just curious.

              I was already in the ecosystem (iPhone & iPad)
I wanted something that last very long, in terms of Software support and physical durability
Initially i wanted to reskill and pick up graphis design for work. After buying i ended up learning to code so that worked out well as i can handle both well.
The apple silicon chip was (and still is) comparable and probably better than the windows chip
