I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

i got my mbp m1 pro cheaper. It has good battery and good screen. Good chip and feels more premium than others. Also i use iphone so that is that. Still if it was still intel powered i wouldn’t buy.
