My 7mo old SE3’s battery max capacity went to 99% after updating to IOS17.0.3. I only charge it twice a week. I just find it suspicious… (alien.top)

I’m also using an 9yo iPhone 7 which got its battery replaced 7mos ago. I charge it every day because of heavy YouTube usage. It is still on 100% capacity

My SE3, I use for Reddit, Twitter and bank apps only but it was the first on to have its capacity dip before my IP7.

Any thoughts my SE friends?

Don't worry about it. It's not the iOS update's fault. The battery degrades even if you don't update iOS, it's inevitable. Let your phone settle for a few minutes after updating and don't check battery health so often.

9yo iPhone 7

The iPhone 7 came out in late 2016 which is 7 years ago.
