I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?

I'm a sofware engineer, although usually for work companies provide me the laptop.

I'm not in the ecosystem at all (and I would like, maybe one day I'll switch everything to Apple), anyway in my case it was simply the case of Battery/Performances, to me it is astonishing and no one has every come closer in these years!
I treated myself with a 14 inches pro (M1) and I can't be happier, but honestly an Air is the best choice for everyone (also in terms of price).

Apparently Qualcomm did something, but yeah they compared themselves with M2, it is a shame for them that M3 is coming and I'd guess it will blast the competition again.
