Does the ATV have Ethernet/Wifi switch option like the Shield? I have an Apple TV 4K 128 GB (Ethernet) and want to know if I can quickly easily switch connections?

You can pick between networks in the ATVs settings. That may be a way of doing it if your WiFi and Ethernet connections present themselves as different networks.
