Same TV, same App, same Dolby Vision 4k source, will gen 3 make the video playback quality better than gen 1 in any capacity?

Failing to mention what TV you’re using doesn’t really help in determining if it’s going to be better or not.

Yeah the difference between the gens are things like HDR10+ support that only matters if you have a Samsung TV etc
