Need suggestions for a "Just in Time" 4g/5g Router (alien.top)

Hi All

I'm looking for recommendations for a back-up 4g/5g router that has an RJ45 LAN port and Micro SIM slot. It'd be even more grateful if I can install Tailscale and/or the OpenVPN client on it. This is basically going to be a "dark" box, as a just-in-case my home-lab (which I route out internet through) goes down... so usage will be extremely light.

Generally my homelab and internet is pretty solid, but I in the past week I've had 3 issues, 2 from the ISP and 1 caused by myself. Usually it would not be an issue, but I'm working abroad for the next 6 months..

I'll be heading home next week, and want to get something in place before I travel back to work. I could do a DIY job with a NUC and Dongle, but its potentially high maintenance, which is the opposite of what I need right now.. The best I've found so far are these

GL.iNet GL-X750
GL.iNET XE300

Which I can install Tailscale on both.. Does anybody have an alternative suggestion?

Its not just a basic MIFI thats for sure, but only 2 absolute features needed, 4G (or 5G), and an RJ45. The Tailscale/OpenVPN is a wish, but I can run that on a SBC..

Curiously I did find a box on AliExpress that came with these, for the ridiculous price of $20, I did buy it, but just for fun and to test... there is zero chance I'll actually leave it unattended (Did that once before with a cheap throw-away gadget, and the PSU melted).
