What do you mean scoop out idk what a scooped bagel is I was talking about the gluten free thing.
"Scooped out" is when you scoop out the bulk of the bread, presumably to fit more stuff in it without making it bigger. Very wasteful IMO

That is dumb as shit and I retract my previous comment lol my bad.
I thought they like scooped the dough instead of rolling out out or something that's literally dumber than I could have imagined.
Also seems like it would make it impossible to eat as there's already way too much fucking cream cheese on most bagels.
That is wasteful. And If you want a thinner bagel, maybe just get bread?
If I'm serving you and you ask me to throw away some of your food for you before you get it, I would not serve you.
