GuitarLessons365Songs does great tutorials for intermediate players, for beginners Andy Guitar and Marty Music are pretty good.
For getting into shredding BERNTH has many exercises and tips.
If you're starting out and can afford the time and money, doing lessons with a private tutor is the best thing you can do.

get a pirate copy of whatever version of that rocksmith game that has all the community-transcribed songs
