Hamas is the government of Gaza, so yes.
People keep saying that but how true is it, really? They seem only slightly more like a legitimate government than the Taliban.
They were originally elected democratically, so they definitely have some support and legitimacy.
And, much like the Taliban, they are definitely the ones in charge, legitimate or not.
Fine, let's say they're about as legitimate as Putin then. Would that make it justified for Ukraine to commit war crimes against Russian civilians?
Didn't say it was.
