If it was a pro-Palestine protestor who fired shots, would they be released without charge? No. But this terrorist walks.

Wasn't it a paint gun? But yeah, shoe in the other foot there'd be charges over paint balls.

You know what. Looking at the suspect I think this was a completely different incident. The this guy also fired into the air whereas the one I was referring to fired into the crowd. I think it was a different incident at a different protest.
