Mrs thinks the TV is dying. It keeps playing sound even if its off, sometimes when you turn it on it doesnt wake the soundbar, lots of weird little shit like that. We got it just as covid got serious so its what, 3 years old? and whilst I've never loved the "smart" side of things (Hisense proprietary OS, not android or WebOS) its an OLED so the picture is second to none. We have a real strange love/hate thing going on.

You should be able to get it looked at and fixed/replaced for nothing, 3 years is not long under consumer law, i got my Samsung panel replaced after a longer period than that

I sort of suspect parts would be the issue. It was an end of life product when we brought it. Suspect I know what Hisense would say.
