It's also hobbled itself with a terrible acronym.

  1. Where's the "O" in "Lunar Guidlines for Infrastructure Consortium"?
  2. Don't include the word consortium, because even the people that thought they were cleaver with this name will end up calling it the "LOGIC Consortium"
